· To source from various channels of sourcing available
(Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.)
· To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be
cost-effective
· To be innovative & think out of the box to source
& attract talent
· To have an in-depth understanding of the company &
its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
· To conduct interviews, administer tests, roll out
offers, etc. (end-to-end recruitment activity)
· Coordinate with the HR Ops team for joining formalities of
new candidates & schedule the induction program
