Recruitment Executive HR Interns
● Update employee files (e.g., contact information, updated resumes, etc.)
● Provide applicant preliminary screening and prioritize candidates
● Facilitate accurate and timely communication with applicants (leads will be shared by the TA team)
● Schedule and confirm interviews and confirm all relevant details
● Track and organize vacation days, time off, and sick leave data
● Update job listings and information, as needed
● Prepare and distribute monthly reports
Skills:-
● Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
● Basic understanding of the hiring cycle
● Familiarity with general office technology
● Team player who’s able to work with multiple departments

● High school diploma or equivalent
