Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the full recruitment life cycle across diverse roles helping the clients to connect, hire, and retain niche talent
2. Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions pop up
3. Dealing with recruitment metrics on a daily basis - collating and analyzing the data
4. Write kickass job descriptions for all requisitions
5. Close the profile within the TAT you promised
6. Hire from the not so traditional sources
7. Stay in touch with your recruits once they join, since you're their Godfather
Who can apply?
