• Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (with 4th Saturday as Holiday)
  

• Independently handling end-to-end recruitment process.
  
• Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes.
  
• Taking ownership of the assigned work.
  
• Understanding the Job Description, discussing the job description with client for submitting apt cv's
  
• Screening CVs as per Job Description from Job Boards like Naukri, Montser,  Timesjobs and Social Networking   Sites.
  
• Posting ads on job portals.
  
• Has passion to speak over handphone
  
• Knowledge of using social media tools.
  
• Innovative approach to speak to candidates.
