v Manage the full lifecycle of recruitments
v Draft job descriptions, push them through all talent acquisition channels and coordinate candidate sourcing with the same.
v Screen candidates and conduct first round interviews to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
v Build blueprints of recruiting plan in consultation with the team and available resources.
v Provide day to day support to key stakeholders across all functions and ensure all recruiting policies and processes are in place and add value to the business.
v Ensure process adherence and hiring completion within the time frame.
v Develop and manage various sourcing channels like Consultants, Vendors, Educational Institutions, etc.
v Proactively seek opportunities to increase value by raising standards and championing best practices, as well as actively looking for opportunities to create value for our business.
v Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
