We are hiring for 2 positions our Team and we prefer freshers. We believe Freshers come with a lot of enthusiasm and without baggage. We will provide all the training to get started and after that the Sky is the limit for your success. You have to be determined and work hard to get there.
While there is a lot of flexibility, we are unable to hire anyone who is looking for a 9 to 5 job. This is not just a job, its very “empowered” role and requires a lot of hard/ smart work. We are guided by results and not by work timings.
There will be rigorous training ( we will pay for the training ) for 2 months. You don’t have to know anything about technology or recruitment- everything will be taught from scratch. You will be working with a very experienced team.
The team is a small team of 4 people and we are growing. Our objective is to make a difference rather than just run a business.
You are expected to work from our office at HSR Layout, Bangalore. Remote working for 2-3 months is allowed because of Pandemic ( you will need to have your own laptop/ desktop and broadband connection for working from home )

The selected candidates will be on probation for 3 months.
During Probation period the salary will be Rs. 12,000/- a month ( gross )
On confirmation, the salary will be upto Rs. 25,000/- a month ( gross ) based on performance during probation + incentives
PS: Completing Probation does not guarantee confirmation. It is dependent on your aptitude, learnings and the results you produce during your probation.
