Job Description:
- Sourcing and first-level evaluation of candidates for all Technology Hiring, Drive process improvements in our recruiting processes (e.g. skill evaluation, tools and processes, best practices in candidate handling)
- Manage focused hiring drives
- Planning and create hiring plans
- Report status of hiring plans, identify improvement opportunities and corrective plan
- Meet hiring targets within SLAs (quality of talent, time to fill and number of positions)
- Improve applicant to hire ratio and time taken from application to hire.
Desired experience:
- 4-7 years of excellent track record in recruiting in Software Technology recruiting
- Experienced in innovative sourcing and candidate influencing techniques
- Ability to screen and conduct first level evaluation of technology candidates
- Extremely good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
