1) Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
2) Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
3) Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
4) Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
5) Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
6) Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
7) Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
8) Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.
