Experience required:

  • Must have minimum 1-3 yrs. of experience in UST IT Recruitment.
  • Well versed with various US Tax Terms like W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp.
  • Able to work independently with minimal instructions.
  • Good working knowledge on various job portals like Monster, Dice, TechFetch etc.
  • Experience working with Direct Clients and Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.
  • Work experience on Application Tracking System (ATS)
  • Able to multi-task and adapt quick changes.
  • Must have strong end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience. (Preferably on W2)
  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
  • Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST - Eastern Standard Time).
  • Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.

 

Role & Responsibility:

  • Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
  • Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
  • Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
  • Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
  • Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
  • Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.
  • Meeting Daily, Weekly & Monthly target by submitting quality resumes.
