Salary : Rs. 1,20,000 /- p.a + INCENTIVE

Required :-

Should possess GOOD ENGLISH communication Skills.

[ SPEAKING ON PHONE, with Confidence ]

Should have in TYPING experience fast typing and Strong in MS -EXCEL , MS- WORD, V_look-up
Should be able to work on high Pressure and achieve daily targets.
Should have handled IT- Requirements in the past.
Handling full life cycle of the recruitment Process.
Understanding the job requirement, IT Skill sets
Sourcing the right candidates from the tools
Communicating with the Candidates and other people on the phones
Submitting the profiles
Arranging the Interview
Coordinating the Interviews
Making the Candidate Join the Company

Any one will tele-calling, Sales , Customer Service experience also can apply .
Applicants from nearby area East Tambaram, Madambakkam, and Selaiyur will not have commutation /travel problem.
From colleges: - ANY Engineering COLLEGE or reputed College like -MCC, Bharath Engineering, Prince Venkateshwara, SIVET, Guru Nanak College with good communication skills could fit from location perspective.
Qualification:

Any Engineering , Bachelors or Masters Degree or Undergraduate or Engineering with Right Attitude.
Good Communicate Skills in English ( Spoken & Written)-
Proficient with Basic Computer Skills like: MS Office, Email, etc..
Willing to stretch and work hard
Personality: High Energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality

Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results.
