Job Description:- - End to end recruitment- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like G Talent Pro, Naukri, Linkedin, Freshersworld, Indeed).

The first level of screening of suitable candidates via phone- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers- Maintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers.

Onboard Candidates to our placement platform. Sourcing and co-ordinate for various requirements for multiple job positions.

Work with different industries in creating our Recruitment pipeline.

Work Campus on the Onboarding students to the G Talent Pro Platform.

Requirement:- - MBA (HR) freshers- Excellent oral and written communication skills-

Should have the ability to research and understand various industries.
