Job Description
Experience: Minimum 6 Months as a Recruiter
Must have experience in both IT and Non-IT Hiring.
Job Responsibilities:
Build long-term relationships with clients
Create and post jobs on Job portals & social media
Source potential candidates using databases, LinkedIn & other social media
Share the candidate tracker with the client for the record
Developing and implementing candidate lead generation strategies
Coordinating and advising clients on best recruitment strategies
Accessing candidates to ensure they match clients hiring requirements
Important: Candidate must have own working Laptop.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, marketing or a related field
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
