Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Need to create and publish technical job ads in various portals.
  • You must have an excellent knowledge of internet-based recruiting tools, job site such as Naukri.com, Times job, LinkedIn, Monster etc. networking sites and other sourcing methods.
  • As a technical recruitment specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Handling incoming applications and collating received data and contacting those candidates via phone calls.
  • Organizing interview appointments and interview candidates in-person.
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates and track hiring metrics including time to-time-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Host and participate in job fairs and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activity and maintain database of potential candidates for future job openings.
