We are looking to hire an intern who would be working closely with the hiring manager and responsible for managing the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing of quality candidates through various job portals and social media.
2. Calling candidates and tele-interviewing them, setting up skype calls.
3. Lining up the interviews and completing the entire recruitment process.
4. Closely collaborate with the CTO and founders on a regular basis and proactively identifying hiring needs.
5. Documentation and filing of resumes and onboarding details.
Required Skills:
Graduate or postgraduate in HR domain.
Strong interpersonal skills and good command on the English language.
Familiarity with MS Office tools.
Should be able to communicate well and provide regular updates and feedback clearly.
