About the Internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Calling, screening, short-listing and interviewing of the candidates as per requirements 
  
•  Schedule candidates for interview
  
•  Follow up on candidates who are scheduled for interview
  
•  Send job description to the candidate on email
  
•  Complete life cycle recruitment starting from sourcing and screening, scheduling interview, salary negotiation.
  

• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
