Job Description

TITLE: Recruitment Executive (Night Shift)

LOCATION: Ranchi, Namkum
TIMING: 7:00 PM- 4:00 AM (Mon -Fri)
QUALIFICATION: Any Bachelor/Master degree
AGE LIMIT: 20-29 Years only

JOB ROLE:

Responsible to provide software professional for the IT needs of the company.
Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates through recruiting, calls, screening candidates for essential duties, work history, training skills, salary requirements and negotiation.
Locate and identify potential candidates using job portals like Monster, Dice, Career Builder etc.
Ability to understand technical skills, the latest buzz words.
Familiarity in Job-posting and management of job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Fluency in English
Any Bachelor/Master degree
Ability to work as per the US timing
Basic knowledge of computer
