Roles & Responsibilities:
CARRY OUT END - END RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Sourcing / Calling prospective candidates and informing of job openings available to us through our clients
• Screening / Profiling the candidates based on their Resumes.
• Scheduling the screened candidates for interview.
• Follow up to ensure candidates attend interview as scheduled.
• Follow up with the candidate and recruiter on status of candidature.
• Document the process on Microsoft Excel / ERP and recruitment tools provided by the firm.
• To perform all passive activities of recruitment like job posting , mailers, etc as instructed.

Desired Profile:

• Only Serious candidate with a desire to build a career in Human Resources are preferred.
• 80% time is required to be spent on phone, The candidate must be passionate and energetic talking to people .
• Minimum Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate.
• Should have GOOD computer knowledge (MS Office & MS Outlook) and Internet skills.
• Should have excellent communication skills oral & written in English & Malayalam.
