As a Recruiter you are accountable for End to End RECRUITMENT: Interacting with Hiring Managers, understand the requirement, sourcing roles.
Should have relevant experience in recruiting core Non IT roles for all levels from Entry Level to Leadership Hiring.
Should be pro efficient on resume search through Job portals & must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, Search Engines, Headhunting, referrals etc and not only relying on job board ads or a database.
This role requires the Candidate to act as Individual Contributor and Accountable to close all the requirement arising effectively.
Candidate need to be professional in both approach and work ethics,with a keen eye for detail with both candidate and requirements.
