Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Work on multiple roles for various entities under the Group on Non-IT requirements
Successfully close the role mandates in a speedy manner
Source, call and screen, schedule the candidates from junior most to senior roles
Complete follow up and ensure the interviews, and closing the loop effectively with zero leakage in a prompt manner
Work with candidates for support, follow up and maintain them warm for joining the organisations
Timely and accurate reporting to the Management in a transparent and accountable manner

Key Skills:

Good communications skills written & Spoken
Good skills in MS office & Internet (Excel, Word, PPT)
Have experience in working on multiple portals to source, organise and screen candidates say Naukri, Indeed, Linked in, Monster, Quikr etc
An organised and disciplined personality who can work under pressure to deliver urgent and critical mandates
Self driven, positive attitude and motivated with a sense of accountability towards work and organization
Experience and ability to work on multiple roles and priorities, and efficiently manage the workload for the successful closures
Ability to conduct & coordinate large hiring drives internal or external locations.
