Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle.
Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, budget and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
Negotiate salary and terms with the candidates as appropriated by the client
Make timely submissions and provide required information to the Client Service Head
Maintain regular reports and MIS.
Coordinate with the candidates for the interview timings, and online interviews and assist in the onboarding process.
You should be in possession to create various assessments and conduct various IQ tests related to restaurants and hotels before the final selection of the candidate
Applicant should possess good communication skills both oral and written
Should have a good understanding of tech-based tools
Applicants should be willing to work in an office located at Mumbai, Goregaon (East),Mon to Sat
