About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the technologies and source quality profiles from job boards and social media portals
2. Achieve the individual revenue target in alignment with team goals monthly
3. Meet the hiring deadlines effectively within the TAT
4. Gather inputs for the candidate profiling and competitor analysis
5. Keep abreast of current industry and market trends for better engagement
6. Track and monitor the information about clients and the industry
7. Create and update the lead funnel as per the requirements assigned
8. Update the hiring reports and analysis as and when required
