Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the recruitment process, creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, and screening resumes
2. Scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks
3. Coordinating the offer process and onboarding of new employees
4. Building relationships with candidates and stakeholders
5. Identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment consultants and other channels
