Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work alongside the CTO for hiring talent in the different technology stack
2. Work to source and screen candidates from different venues outside the norm
3. Share assignments with the candidates meeting the initial requirement cut and get the same reviewed by the technical team for further shortlisting
4. Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates
5. Create a strong pipeline of candidates fitting the company's tech needs as well as culture
6. Help out with the onboarding procedures of the selected candidates

Who can apply:

1. BA/BE/BTech (CSc. preferable), MBA HR
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Should have a proactive approach and be committed to the allotted tasks
4. Think out of the box and be on the lookout for new initiatives and practices
