Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on sourcing candidates from different job portals & networking sites
2. Work on screening resumes with keyword search and boolean searches from different sites
3. Work on conducting a telephonic round of interviews
4. Work on evaluating candidate skills, technology understanding, and key responsibility areas
5. Work on patching up a face-to-face round of interviews and scheduling technical tests up to final rounds with interview panels
6. Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
7. Work on candidate management & building relationship with them
