Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source & screen profiles and shortlist the candidates in preliminary rounds
2. Manage cold calls to suitable candidates
3. Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
4. Follow up with the respective candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process
5. Manage the entire staffing process such as recruiting, screening, interviewing, conducting tests, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions throughout the organization
