Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
2. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate jobs.
4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
5. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
7. Out-call suitable candidates for recruitment
