Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates using online platforms and databases
2. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruitment database
5. Support the creation and distribution of job postings on various platforms and social media channels
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates
7. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
