Folkswire jobs - Recruitment Operations Lead

Looking for someone who can understand job profiles, candidate resumes, manage candidate engagement and client interactions.
We work with some of the top startups in India and also UK, US. You will be interacting with top engineers, managers for candidates and CXO level client POCs. 
Looking for someone who could scale fast and start managing a team within a year or so.
You should be comfortable with setting up new processes and integrating different platforms in the process. A reasonable comfort level with CRM platforms will be required.
Prefer people who are ready to work long hours. 
Salary would comprise of equity
