JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Human Resources Analyst I will analyze our organization’s future workforce to identify potential shortfalls and design interventions to fill the gaps. We are seeking someone to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to generate insights and information to ensure accurate predictive forecasting.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Apply and integrate predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop operational insights for workforce decision-making
Support developing a workforce plan and associated talent management strategies to maintain the future workforce.
Help design, implement and administer programs that make the best use of an organization's human capital to ensure maximum return from their talent.
Work within established procedures to make short-term business recommendations.
Manage databases, work with human resources information system to ensure data integrity, and perform trend analyses on historical turnover, recruiting and staffing.
Use conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices to perform routine assignments.
Other duties as assigned
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or other post-secondary degrees
