General Summary:
Recruitment Specialist – is the one who is responsible for generating revenue by consistently meeting
recruitment targets by handling end to end recruitment process, including screening, sourcing, pre & Post
joining follow-ups, TAT adherence for the roles assigned by the delivery leader by applying effective
recruitment strategies.

Task and Activities:
• Role Understanding – understanding the specs mentioned in the JD’s shared by the client for the roles
assigned to us with the expected TAT to close the position.
• Recruiting Strategy – assessing the availability of talent pool as per the specs shared by client and
drafting a recruitment strategy or plan to start working the given role as per the available resources to
ensure a closure with in the specified time.
• Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling – Reaching out to potential candidates through various channels of
sourcing to maximize the number or leads / applicants for the open role. Screening the leads /
Applicants as per the client’s specifications to ensure higher conversion in CV shortlisting by the client.
Scheduling the shortlisted applicants as the slots provided by the clients.
• Follow ups & Candidate Engagement – responsible for consistently following up with candidates and
keeping them engaged through the stages of interview scheduling, shortlisting, salary negotiation, notice
period discussion, pre joining & post joining connect.
• Report & Data Management – responsible for consistently updating the ATS for daily sourcing updates.
Preparing & Sharing daily, weekly & monthly reports & trackers with their respective leaders.
Also responsible for maintaining trackers for self-performance assessment.
• Revenue Generation & Targets – Responsible to consistently generate the target revenue assigned to
you for every quarter by developing a clear understanding & sourcing strategy about the roles aligned
with you.
