Job brief:
1) We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
2) Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you.
3)Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Desired Skills :

• Open for freshers with strong communication
• 6 months - 5 years relevant experience in Non-Tech hiring- Retail/BFSI/Ed-tech recruitment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times Job, Updazz, IIM jobs etc.
• Knowledge of various alternative sourcing techniques through social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Github & more.
• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• People from Recruitment Consulting backgrounds are preferred.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
2. Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
3. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook,
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
