Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media & walk-ins
Screen resumes as per role, experience & industry
Conduct initial telephonic screening
Check communication, experience, salary & availability
Shortlist and share profiles with hiring managers
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Collect and manage interview feedback
Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
Handle salary discussions and negotiations
Roll out offer letters and get acceptance
Coordinate documentation & background verification
Track joining and ensure smooth onboarding
Follow up post-joining for retention
Maintain recruitment trackers & MIS
Achieve hiring targets within TAT
Support employer branding activities
