Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage full-cycle of recruitment and operations efforts
2. Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
3. Work in a target oriented environment and start-ups
4. Work with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions
5. Run the professional services for specific RPA roles
6. Develop recruiting plans and write job descriptions. Review resumes and application
7. Research new sources for talent, cultivating relationships with industry professionals, and networking
8. Conduct recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
