This is an entry-level role and will report to Senior Recruiter.
This role is suitable for BSc/MSc/BCA/MBA/MCA/BE Freshers passing out in 2020 OR may have passed out in 2018 or 2019 and are yet to start their career.
Also, the aspirant for this role should be staying in and around the Kharadi area in Pune.

Responsibilities and Duties
The work will involve understanding the requirement.
Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing applicants to check their suitability for the given requirement.
Submitting screened CV to the manager.
Coordinating the selection process.
Help candidates in making a suitable decision to consider the right job offers.
Interact with clients whenever required.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications - Good academic background is a must. Should have good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be comfortable with MS Office (Word and Excel)
The applicant should be staying in and around KHARADI area in Pune.
Selection Process - Written-test (Basic Aptitude, 35 minutes),2 round of Personal Interviews.

Work Timings - Weekdays (full day)- 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM and 2nd and 4th Saturday (half day) - 9.30 AM to 1.30 PM 1st and 3rd Saturday's of the month is a full day off.
Training Period - 6 months
About Stipend -
First 3 months the stipend will be 7000/- INR per month and for the next 3 months, the stipend would be 8000/- INR per month.
You will be eligible for performance-based incentives which will take the earning potential of 10,000/- or more.
