Reference Data Specialist

Location: Vadodara, IN

Responsibilities :

Ensure quality and timely management of the reference data across all countries assigned.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the standards and governance as outlined by the RD SOP
Ensure timely and quality cross coding and characteristic coding of all new items for assigned categories
Usage of all available tools and applications for coding activities
Maintain all coding instruction for assigned categories
Initialization of new categories as and when required
Propose the implementation of new set of category segments to satisfy market needs and client vision in according with Global Category Owners
Implementation of all requests coming from Governance in relation to the global category structure
SOP implementation & Compliance
Chars Flag Management (translation, pairing, shared nan management)
Proposal & Translations Management (Value Admin)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Any Graduate, preference given to Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, BBA - For Band 9
Master’s degree (Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field)- For Band 9
Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines
A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency
