Job Description

Maintaining attendance on daily basis of operators in region
Coordinate with operators for ensuring smooth services.
In case technical issues connect operators to technical team.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up daily data.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Generate monthly reports of individual operators.
