· Handling back office work
· Follow –up with the field colleagues
· Maintaining sales data as well as field data
· Booking tickets –RBM/DM/Doctors
· Attending queries of Field colleagues
· Sending sales data on daily basis to field colleagues
· Prepare presentation for RBM every month
· Maintaining Sales Data
· Maintaining and submitting Monthly Trackers – Ho formats /Region formats
· Maintaining Files
· Help to resolve MAPP related queries – co-ordinate with Mumbai Meeting and Events team
· Follow up with Events team regarding Ariba related queries and payments
· Raising POs and creating Vendor codes through Ariba
· Assist RBM to submit his expense reports.
· Helps to ensure deadlines are met follow up as necessary to assure timely completion of tasks.
· Logistic support for organizing Team meetings
