This role is responsible for systematic expansion of PoS workforce across geographies within the region by following a robust empanelment and training process.
It will assign sales targets for their teams and look at innovative ways to drive sales through effective PoS engagements.
The role will also generate leads through existing networks and relationships to drive negotiations to sign up PoM partnerships.
It will also work closely with the Zonal Managers to ensure achievement of business objectives using strong customer relationship management and engagement process along with customer sales and service support.
The role will also devise plans to further build a strong PoS & PoM network for their respective regions.
