Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible for complete business operation in the region. He has to ensure highest level of service delivery and achieve month on month target of New partner acquisition in the Region. 2. His role would be that of an individual contributor with hunter mentality.
3. Partner new sports venue and onboard/list on GW Sports App in the region
4. Achieve weekly and monthly target of Venue listing on the platform.
5. Manage existing relationship of 75-100 Partner venues in a region
6. Growing the number of transactions on GW Sports App for these partner venues through innovative ideas and execution.
7. Maintaining Correctness of Information: Venue listing details like Pics, Videos, Location, slot price and availability to avoid cancellations and bad player experience.
8. Building business relationships with current and potential partner.
9. Daily interaction with partners to understand their needs and offer solutions and support.
10. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow the number of partners.
11. Understand the technology & products; give demos to partners.
12. Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences.
13. Maintaining a database of existing partners with their latest updates
14. Closing deals and working with partners through closing process
Requirements & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English, Hindi and Local Language)
- Up to 5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationships, Venue Operations or Growth roles
- Excellent professionalism; ownership & accountability for their work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with partners (Hindi and English mandatory; other regional languages are a bonus)
- Comfortable working with Technology and Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.
- Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
