Regional Manager, Business Development

Job Description :

Work with the top management and understand end-to-end business decision making
Own and drive the B2B sales pipeline in West India for selling enParadigm’s
learning interventions to CEOs, MDs, Head HRs, and Heads of Learning &
Development of corporations
Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm’s programs can fulfil their learning needs
Follow-up with leads and convert to sales
Proactively contact clients for future business opportunities and future pipeline
Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand
Interface with the product development team to create learning program designs based on client requirements

Candidate Profile :

Is an MBA from a premier business school with 2+ years of work experience in B2B, professional services sales

Understands the work life and needs of senior and top management – CXOs, VPs, Head HRs
Can communicate with clients at this level (possesses excellent all-round English communications: face-to-face, telephonic and written)
– Is passionate about helping CXOs and business owners with their pain points and co-creating learning solutions
