Job description:

Review of day to day warehouse operation set up and management
Monitor open issues, intervene & resolve where necessary
Monthly review of KPI’s / SLA’s with concerned internal & external stakeholders
Ensure adherence to all quality processes and work instructions
Identify the scope of improvement in current processes and implement changes through team
Manpower planning & optimum utilization
Warehouse team handling more throughput with the same manpower
Performance analysis/management of the team
Space optimization of each warehouse
Training needs identification for staff, and coordination with the HR team to arrange for the same
Soft skills & Operational training
Drive regular review of individual KRA’s & KPI’s
Regular review, follow up, and recovery of outstanding
Ensure timely submission of expenses and debit notes
Regular review of monthly expense ledgers
Review profitability on a regular basis based on actual expenses
Business solutions & Administration:
Based on company strategy, offer new products and services to clients for revenue opportunities
Prepare the budget for each activity and review with actuals
Ensure timely renewals of principal company agreements
Ensure proper process followed for finalization of current and new vendors, along with commercials
Ensure all processes for receipt & incoming inspection are followed and documented
Quality & Safety, Health and Environment (SHE):
Ensure adherence to all safety policies and checklists, especially maintaining ISO standards
Managing international as well as 3rd party (ISO, BSI etc.) audit with a maximum 96% of achievements.
Periodic review with Quality & SHE team
