Sales & Business Development activities in the allocated territory. Attending to Customer Queries and providing them Techno-Commercial solutions.
Understanding & evaluating the application , estimating as per specifications or as per enquiries of customers, contractors & consultants.
Costing & estimating the projects according to the technical requirements, making queries with design, R & D departments and finding new solutions to reduce the cost of the production without deviating from the technical requirement and quality.
Handle customers and consultants independently and build good customer relationship Follow-up / co-ordinate with planning / production for delivery. Develop good rapport with clients by interacting with them on regular basis and also provide extra information / clarifications, at the right time in a right manner. Attending to customer orders and assist into invoicing and dispatch activities
