Designation: Regional Sales Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR :
Responsible for overall District wise Channel Setup Like Team, Master Distributor, Distributor, and Retailers
Appoint and coordinate with Team, channel partners like- Master Distributor, Distributor, Retailer, and Franchisee.
Channel growth and maintenance to all channels.
Create new retailers and manage relationships with key retail outlets.
Maintain and develop a good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
Should possess the skill to work both in the team and also perform independently.
Provide training and manage all channels, Responsible for Achieving Sales Targets.
Good Communication Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales,
Team handling.
