An experienced candidate based out of Bangladesh/Resident who can successfully drive, deliver and implement Business Development strategies to propel SANY growth
The candidate applying for this position must be self-propelled and innovative.
The candidate for this position will have a history of delivering results, be highly self-motivated, and have a proven track record of managing complex Projects in Construction Equipment Industry
Candidate must be from Construction equipment background, preferred local from Bangladesh
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy – To evaluate strategic opportunities and makes recommendations to management concerning tactical plans/strategies to implement new business activities of Sales and Service in Bangladesh.
Governance – To ensure the growth of Business are in Line with company strategy and Policy.
The candidate will be responsible for overall sales and service.
Strong knowledge in financial analysis, P&L management, regulatory & compliance and sales/business development, risk management and human resources management.
Work closely with the Business Unit leaders in the organization along with overseeing the implementation and steering the organization to its next stage of growth and development so as to make SANY as the most important player in the Bangladesh Market.
Meets with key clients, guiding sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
To launch Product, market introduction & business development of new product ranges. Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability
Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings
Take complete ownership & accountability for the company’s P&L.
Take rapport with existing clients and will develop new clients and hence will bring fresh incremental revenue for the company.
Constantly seek newer options and opportunities for the company to grow.
Overseeing day-to-day operations across Sales, Marketing.
Shall have a proven track record of at least 15+ years of robust experience in - Construction Equipment / Heavy Machinery - industry ) currently in the role of a General Manager/Country Manager
Strong candidate shall have demonstrated experience and successful track record in Service, Maintenance, Commissioning & building businesses across organizations. Strong educational background and co-curricular performance.
