Registrar/ Finance & Accounts Officer job opportunities in National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education

Registrar
No. of Post : 01 (UR)
Qualification : A
post graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University with at
least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
Experience: 15 years of administrative experience, of which
8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post, or Comparable
experience in research establishments and/or other institutions of higher
education or research, or 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor or 8
years of service as Associate Professor with adequate experience in academic /
administration.
Desirable: i) Ph. D degree in any discipline or PG degree in
Management / Degree in Law. ii) HRD experience and experience in Finance
Management in higher technical institutions will be an added advantage. iii)
Knowledge of computer.
Age Limit : 50 years
Assistant Registrar
No. of Post : 01 (UR)
Qualification(s): A post graduate degree in any discipline
from a recognized university with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
Experience: At least 5 years relevant administrative
experience in supervisory capacity in a Govt. office/ University/ Technological
Institution or an organization of repute which may include activities related
to Stores & Purchase/ Establishment/ Academic /Examination. For candidates
with an MBA after post graduation, the minimum experience requirement can be
reduced to 3 years.
Age Limit : 45 years
Finance &
Accounts Officer
No. of Post : 01 (UR)
Qualification : Master Degree with Commerce or Business
Administration (Finance) with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
Experience : At least 5 years of experience as Section
Officer (Finance / Audit/ Assistant Audit & Accounts Officer) together in
any Organisation under Govt. of India. Preference will be given those who are
from the Audit & Accounts Department of Govt. of India. Experience /
exposure to computer based administrative functioning will be given preference.
Desirable : Preference will be given to candidates with
additional qualifications like CA /ICWA /SAS and working experience of
Budgeting & Financial Accounting etc. in Autonomous bodies/
University/Research Institutions. Good working knowledge of rules &
regulations of Central Universities, R&D institutions relating to
accounts/audit, service conditions and related financial matters.
Age Limit : 45 years
Store & Purchase
Officer
No. of Post : 01 (UR)
Qualification : Post Graduate with at least 55% marks or its
equivalent grade.
Experience : 5 years experience in handling the stores and
purchase of Scientific Institute/ University/ Govt. Office.
Desirable : Material management degree/ diploma and/or
conversant with import procedures, inventory control and experience in
computers and date entry operations.
Age Limit : 45 years
National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research
(NIPER - Raebareli) is an autonomous body which has been established under the
aegis of the Department of pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and
Fertilizers, in the Government of India, to provide leadership in pharmaceutical
Sciences and other related areas. It admits students for M.S (Pharm),programmes in Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceutics every year. The Central
Drug Research Institute, CDRI, Lucknow is its Mentor Institute for providing
the institutional support in respect to its management and as a nodal point for
the Ministry.
