Job Description

Job Profile: Registrar / Senior Registrar
 Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
 Perform normal/ LSCS procedures or other surgical procedures as needed
 Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals
 Record patient medical histories
 Monitor patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary
 Monitor patient progress or responses to treatments.
 To check the medication and other documentation errors by RMOs/Registrars and provide counselling as required
 Supervise the work of RMO/ Registrar in the department
 To oversee all pre & post-operative patients in the GOT for clinical evaluation and document the same
