Job Description

Strategic Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Assistance managing new Strategic Partners from an operational perspective
  • Manage deal registrations for all strategic partners
  • Onboarding support for Strategic Partners
  • Update partner accounts as requested
  • Handle escalations for Strategic Partner deal registrations
  • Reporting/metrics for Strategic Partner deal registrations submitted
  • Operational support for strategic partnership inquiries
  • Acts as primary liaison between Partner Programs, Operations, Sales Operations, Partner account managers & Partner Alliance Managers
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • 4-6 years combined experience in the areas of partner program operations or partner management.
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively interact with fast‐paced
  • Ability to drive collaboration with program management, functional and technical teams effective problem resolution.
  • Handles self with highest level of professionalism in all communications.
  • High energy with the capability to multi‐task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
  • Understanding of both domestic and international markets
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Intermediate to expert level reporting capabilities (Excel)
  • Some financial knowledge highly desired
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours (AMS/EMEA)
  • Experience working with large partners
