Responsibilities and Duties
Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
• Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
• Resolve Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• Solving customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
• Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
• Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
• Approach potential customers to establish relationships
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• To manage Inbound & Outbound Call / Email
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

• Must have excellent written & verbal English communication and presentation skill
