Should have field sales experience and good communication skills.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customer, enhancing customer satisfaction & securing repeat business.
To penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
Tie up with DSAs & networking skills for achieving Sales.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
Identify potential clients and approach them to explain the financial products and services offered by the Company. Persuade them to avail of these services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
Possess in-depth knowledge about the NBFC's products and services, including various loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. Develop and implement strategies to achieve these targets effectively.
