New Client Acquisition through self-sourcing, local partnerships, central tie-ups and also attend to leads generated through digital sourcing channels & partnerships
Developing relationships with local channel partners like builders, loan agents, car dealers etc.
Monitor and drive a team of around 5-10 Relationship Executives for sourcing business under the assigned segment (home loans/vehicle loans)
Managing leads amongst team and ensuring achievement of Assigned Targets
Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships.
Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.
Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
